Founder & CEO — short bio
The FASTNAT founder is a builder from your_country whose personal health journey — including months of treatment for undiagnosed joint pain — led to exploring fasting guided by the science popularized by Dr. Benjamin Bikman. During a 95-hour fast, the idea for FASTNAT emerged: a protocol that rewards verified fasting fairly, without predatory subscriptions. While still in treatment, the founder is shipping FASTNAT with help from a trusted, anonymous collaborator.
